Hi! I’m Ines-Issa Villido and I’m an artist.
I’m glad that you have landed on my webpage! Here you can see glimpses of my creative journey.
In 2013 I started my art studies in Pallas University of Applied Sciences, focusing on sculpture. After graduating in 2017, I have been experimenting with different materials and styles, which led me to study the Technology of Wood, Plastics and Textiles (MSc) in TalTech University from September of 2020.
I am focusing on plastic studies to understand the material, how they affect the environment and how to recycle and rework plastics. My aim with these studies is to integrate the knowledge with my creation to form works of art with an underlying environmental message.
For my diploma thesis, I am working on finding a sustainable way to recycle cigarette butt waste, which is considered as one of the biggest contaminants of our beaches and seas worldwide.
More info and pictures of my projects will be added soon!
Stay tuned!
